How to reset your AIUB Connect Dashboard password

Forgetting password happens to everyone, but don’t worry! Resetting your password in AIUB Connect is quick and simple. Just follow the steps below.

Step 1: Go to the Login Page

Visit the AIUB Connect manual login page.

Click on the “Forgot Password?” option below the login form.

or directly go to https://aiubconnect.com/login/reset-password.php

Step 2: Enter Your Student ID

• Enter the student ID you used to register.
• Click Send OTP to my Email
• System will send a 6-digit OTP to the email address associated with your ID.

Step 3: Check Your Email

• Open your email inbox.
• Look for an email from AIUB Connect.
• If you don’t see it, check your Spam or Junk folder.

Step 4: Create a New Password

• Come back to the reset password page
• Enter your the OTP and your new password
• Confirm your new password
• Click Verify OTP and Reset Password

Make sure your new password:

• Is at least 6 characters long
• Is something secure but memorable

Done!

Your password has been successfully updated.

You can now log in using your new password.

#Didn’t Receive the Email?

If you don’t receive a reset email:

• Double-check your student ID
• Wait 2–3 minutes
• Check Spam/Junk folder
• Contact AIUB Connect support if the issue continues
• Join discord or submit a report

• Avoid using the same password on multiple platforms
• Log out from shared devices
