Connect Store offers digital products, subscriptions, and online services under AIUB Connect. These are intangible services that are delivered instantly and are non-returnable once activated.

Orders & Payments
- All orders must be prepaid unless stated otherwise
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment
- Once a digital service is delivered or access is granted, it is considered fulfilled
- Payment methods: Bkash, Other Mobile Banking, and bank transfer
- Refunds (if applicable) are processed to the original payment method
Delivery of Digital Services
Digital services are delivered through:
- Instant account access with login credentials
- Subscription activation and feature unlock
- Credentials or shared access
- Premium features enabled in your account
Delivery Time: Most services are processed within 5-30 minutes after successful payment. Delivery time will be communicated at checkout.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final. We maintain a strict no-refund policy for digital services once delivered or activated.
Refunds ARE Applicable If:

- Access not granted

- Complete service failure
Wrong Service

Technical Issues

Refund Request Timeline
Refund requests must be submitted within 5 days of purchase with valid proof and documentation.
Requests after 5 days will not be entertained under any circumstances.
Subscription Policy
- Subscriptions are valid for a fixed duration (7 days, 30 days, 90 days, etc.)
- No refunds for partially used subscriptions
- Expired subscriptions will not auto-renew unless specified
- Expiry notifications sent 48 hours before expiration
Account & Access Responsibility
- Keep your login credentials secure at all times
- We discourage sharing or reselling access
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
- Unauthorized access attempts may result in account ban
- We are not responsible for loss of access due to user negligence
Security Alert
If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately.
Delay in reporting may forfeit refund eligibility.
Service Limitations
- Some services depend on third-party platforms
- Downtime or policy changes from third-party providers are beyond our control
- No refunds will be issued for external issues or provider-side outages
- We will notify users of disruptions as soon as possible
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can only be cancelled before delivery or activation
- Cancellation requests must be submitted within 1 hour of purchase
- Once a service is delivered, cancellation is not possible
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
Fair Usage & Prohibited Activities
Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate the service will result in:
- Immediate suspension of service access
- Permanent ban from the Service
- No refund under any circumstances
Prohibited Activities Include:
- Bypassing security measures
- Bulk purchasing to resell
- Sharing credentials
- Reverse engineering or hacking
- Creating multiple accounts to exploit refund policy
- Using bots or automated tools
Limitation of Liability
- We are not responsible for indirect damages (academic, financial, or personal)
- Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid
- Not liable for loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
- Services provided on an "AS IS" basis without warranties
